The Fourteenth District Court of Appeals is located in the Historic 1910 Courthouse in Houston, Texas, along with the First District Court of Appeals.  The 14th Court of Appeals serves ten counties: Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Waller, Austin, Grimes, Washington, Chambers and Colorado.
